RBC Run for the Kids

On Sunday June 4 students, families, and staff from Pythagoras Academy participated in the RBC Run for the Kids, a 5km fun run around Queen Elizabeth Park. In the weeks leading up to the run, team members fundraised money for BC Children’s Hospital. The grand total that team Pythaogras Academy raised was $1,170! All proceeds go towards funding research and programs at BC Children’s Hospital. After a fun warmup it was time to start the run! After the run in the beautiful weather, there was a fun fair for all to enjoy that had popcorn, iced coffee, fresh fruit and veggies, and bouncy castles! We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who ran, donated, and supported this day. We are looking forward to next year!
