Dear  PAPO Community, 

It is that time of year when Christmas is fast approaching and Santa will once again be coming to Pythagoras Academy!  This means our PA Christmas tradition is back as we celebrate “Breakfast with Santa.” It brings so much joy to gather and celebrate together with our families, relatives, and friends. This year, Santa will make his appearance at Pythagoras Academy on Friday, December 8th.  

There will be two breakfast seatings:  the first seating at 8:00 am and the second seating at 9:00 am.  This is a family event and all children  parental supervision. Children 2 years and older must have a ticket to enjoy the breakfast. There are two ticket types for ‘Early Bird Promotion’, which are available from now until November 17th.  

• Student/Child (ages 2-13) early bird tickets are $20. 
• Adult early-bird tickets are $25. 

Each ticket will include ONE ‘Pancake, sausage, and hashbrown breakfast set’ with a cup of hot cocoa/coffee and ONE group picture with Santa.

After November 17th, tickets (both student and adult) will be $35 each.  

PURCHASE your tickets asap as there is limited capacity for each seating time. 

The deadline for orders and payments is November 24th at 4:00 pm. Seating confirmation and tickets will only be issued once FULL PAYMENT is received.

As this is a season to also be giving, we hope our families are generous and help bring a smile to children who are less fortunate than others.  Each student can donate one unwrapped new toy to our toy drive. This year, the toys will be donated to RCRG (Richmond Cares, Richmond Gives).  Toys can be dropped off at PA to be placed under the PA Christmas tree until December 8th. 

To make this event a special and memorable one for our children, we would like to ask for as many parent volunteers as possible to join in the fun and help with the festivities. More information will be sent out at a later date. If you have any questions, email [email protected].  

With the never-ending participation and support from our PARENTS ORGANIZATION at PYTHAGORAS Academy (PAPO), we are all included as part of this wonderful school community and this makes Pythagoras Academy very special.
