On May 16th our PE teacher, Ms. Hackett, organized a bench dodgeball tournament for grades 3-7. The students played each game in their house teams. The first game consisted of Maple vs. Oak, with Oak proving to be the stronger side after a highly contested game. The second game involved the two remaining house teams, Arbutus and Birch, with Arbutus coming out on top after a very close encounter. The two winning teams then played against each other with the grand prize of 200 house points going to Arbutus. Kindergarten, grade 1 and grade 2 students proved to be excellent supporters throughout this entertaining event.
